LEVEL 1: Hands-On NEATEN Method Training Deposit
Cancellation, Credit & Recording Policy
Due to limited seating, all Level 1 training payments are non-refundable. However, training credit may be issued under the conditions outlined below.
If you need to cancel, notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date.
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a credit equal to the amount paid. This credit may be applied toward a future Level 1 training within 6 months of the original training date.
If a new training date is not selected and attended within that 6-month period, the credit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the training date are not eligible for refund. A one-time training credit may be issued at NEATEN’s discretion and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
By enrolling in NEATEN Level 1 Training, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
