A STANDARD
FOR TEN.
We built NEATEN around a simple idea. The ten nails on the feet deserve proper care, proper attention, and proper training. Observation before action. Structure before surface.
Most of what passes for nail care today skips the fundamentals. The shape is rushed. The structure is ignored. The surface gets all the attention while the foundation goes unchecked. We do the opposite. We look first. We assess the nail, the skin, the shape, and the health of what is actually there before a single tool touches it. Only then do we begin the work.
This approach takes longer. It asks more of the technician and more of the client. It requires patience with a process that cannot be hurried and respect for nails that have been neglected, mistreated, or worked on by hands that did not know better. We are not interested in shortcuts. We are interested in what holds up over time.
Proper care is not a style or a trend. It is a standard. One built on knowledge of the nail itself, the tools that serve it, and the habits that keep it healthy between appointments. When the fundamentals are honored, the surface takes care of itself. That is the work we are here to do, and the work we are here to teach.

NEATEN· verb
To arrange in an orderly, tidy way.
The approach itself is expert, considered, and exact.
The name NEATEN represents more than just aesthetics. It's about precision, order, and care.
Break it down further, and "Neat Ten" speaks to the transformation of all ten nails, whether on the hands or feet, through expert techniques and thoughtful, targeted care. NEATEN was originally created to serve consumers in need of proper nail care, and it quickly became known for delivering results in cases where traditional pedicure methods fell short. But as demand grew and client outcomes improved, one thing became clear. Lasting change in the industry wouldn't come from services alone. It would require education.
That's when the focus expanded to include training for licensed professionals, equipping them with the techniques, tools, and knowledge to provide safer, smarter, and more effective nail and foot care.Small things I adjusted: swapped the em dashes for periods and commas so it reads cleaner, tightened "failed" to "fell short" since it lands a little softer, and restructured the "it became clear that" line into two short sentences for rhythm. Let me know if you want it leaning more editorial or more punchy.
The treatment.

The training.

Ten by NEATEN.
A home care line formulated around structure, hydration, and condition, designed to preserve what is built in the treatment room.
A BRAND BUILT FOR PROFESSIONALS
In 2017, recognizing the increasing damage caused by aggressive and incorrect pedicure techniques, we made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on pedicure services. What we were seeing in the industry could not be ignored. Nails thinned from over-filing. Cuticles cut back too far. Calluses stripped instead of managed. The pedicure had become an afterthought, treated as the lesser half of the nail industry, and the results showed it.
Narrowing our focus was not a limitation. It was a commitment. By dedicating ourselves entirely to the feet, we were able to refine our technique, deepen our understanding of nail structure and skin health, and build a standard of care rooted in science rather than speed. The outcomes spoke for themselves. Healthier nails. Stronger natural structure. Clients who understood the difference between a pedicure that looked good for a week and one that supported the health of their feet for a lifetime.
As the brand has evolved, so has the mission. NEATEN is now building the future of professional foot care—offering not only results-driven services but also high-performance products and hands-on training designed to support nail professionals in raising the standard of care. As we grow, we remain dedicated to setting the highest standard in pedicures.
