We ship via USPS and UPS. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

For international orders, email tara@neatennailbar.com to coordinate shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees.

A $20 fee applies for any requested shipping address change after the order is shipped, unless due to an error by NEATEN.

All professional product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong product was received.

Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return.

If a return is approved, store credit only will be issued to your professional account.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and approved in writing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to tara@neatennailbar.com within 1 day of delivery with supporting photos.

NEATEN will provide a replacement or store credit for verified damage.

Resale of any professional product on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is strictly prohibited.

Professional pricing, product descriptions, and training materials may not be shared or redistributed without written consent.

Tools and implements are intended for professional use only by individuals trained in their proper application.

NEATEN is not responsible for injuries or misuse caused by improper handling.

It is your responsibility to sanitize and maintain tools in accordance with your state’s health and safety regulations.

We collect and store information such as license number, name, email, and shipping address for order processing and professional account verification.
