  • The NEATEN Method is our signature approach to foot care. It focuses on restoring the health and appearance of your nails and skin using advanced techniques and professional-grade products. Every detail is performed with safety, precision, and long-term results in mind.

  • No. We do not apply polish over fungal toenails. While polish may temporarily mask the issue, it traps moisture and creates an environment that allows the fungus to thrive. Instead, we focus on clearing the infection and guiding you through a treatment plan that supports real healing.

  • Yes. These are the very issues we specialize in. Whether you’re dealing with nail fungus, calluses, cracked heels, or skin shedding, we’ll assess your feet and create a plan tailored to your needs.

  • Yes. Our team is trained in advanced foot care and understands how to safely work with clients who are diabetic, immunocompromised, or undergoing cancer treatment. You’ll be in trusted hands.

  • Yes. All new guests begin with an intake process and service that allows us to properly assess your condition and provide the safest and most effective care. You’ll receive professional guidance and a custom care plan.

  • Your first visit includes an in-depth intake, evaluation of your feet, and a restorative NEATEN Method service. First-time appointments may take up to 2.5 hours depending on the condition of your feet. Most appointments last 60–90 minutes only if there are no nail or skin concerns or if you're coming in for post-care nail maintenance.

  • Yes. Many of our clients have healthy feet and choose NEATEN to maintain them through expert, damage-free care that’s rooted in hygiene and long-term results.

  • After completing our Pedicure Client Questionnaire (PDQ), we’ll review your information and send available dates. A deposit is required to reserve your time.

  • We honor a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule. Your time slot is reserved specifically for you—please plan accordingly.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen and will always aim to be fair, but last-minute changes affect our ability to serve others.

NEATEN – Training & Certification FAQ

  • This training is designed for licensed nail professionals, salon owners, solo practitioners, and private medical or wellness offices who want to offer advanced foot care services that deliver real results.

  • Yes. The NEATEN Method is an advanced educational program for professionals with a valid license in nail care, esthetics, or cosmetology. Proof of licensure is required to register.

  • Training includes a physical manual, salon-use products, a hands-on workshop, and your first service kit. You’ll also receive exclusive access to professional discounts and post-training support.

  • 🔄 What’s the difference between the Workshop and the Certified Practitioner track?
    The Workshop is designed to teach the NEATEN Method for in-salon use.
    The Certified Practitioner track includes everything from the workshop plus an evaluation phase. You’ll complete and submit case studies to be reviewed for certification.

  • The Certified Practitioner track includes everything from the hands-on workshop, plus exclusive access to:
    - A product bundle to complete your client case studies
    - Personalized feedback on your submissions
    - A NEATEN Certified digital badge and social media announcement assets
    - Placement in the official NEATEN directory
    - Ongoing professional discounts beyond the workshop period
    - Invitations to private updates, protocols, and new product previews
    - Priority consideration for future licensing and educator roles

    Becoming a Certified Practitioner sets you apart as a trusted provider of restorative foot care—and gives you ongoing tools to grow and lead in this niche. Practitioners are also evaluated periodically to ensure NEATEN standards are upheld across all client care.

  • After completing the workshop, you’ll be guided through the certification phase. You’ll submit client case studies showing your application of the NEATEN Method. Each submission is reviewed for accuracy, visual improvement, and consistency.

  • You have up to 90 days after training to complete and submit your case studies. Certification status will only be awarded upon successful review.

  • We offer ongoing enrollment. Priority is given to those on our interest list and early registration often includes special savings. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and sign up for updates to receive the latest schedule.

  • Yes. You’ll have access to support materials, product guidance, and a community of like-minded professionals. Certified Practitioners also receive continued education opportunities and early access to new NEATEN tools and products.

  • The method may be learned and used in your salon after the workshop, but only Certified Practitioners are eligible to market themselves as NEATEN-certified or appear in our directory. Certification also unlocks additional benefits and business opportunities.
