Due to limited seating, all Level 1 training enrollments are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another person.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 10 business days before your scheduled training. This allows us to offer your seat to another participant and gives them adequate time to make necessary arrangements.
Cancellations made at least 10 business days in advance will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward a future Level 1 training within 6 months of the original date. If a new training date is not selected and attended within that 6 month period, the credit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the training will forfeit both the payment and any credit.
By enrolling in NEATEN Level 1 Training, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Please note. No exceptions will be made for the following circumstances:
Unexpected illness, injury, or other medical emergencies
Government obligations such as jury duty, court appearances, or military duties
Travel advisories or disruptions, including road closures, flight or train delays or cancellations
Changes to the training schedule or cancellation
Natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other acts of God
Government-issued travel restrictions
