NEATEN Method™ Workshop Preparation Form
Thank you for enrolling in the NEATEN Method Workshop.
This form is designed to help us better understand your current practice, the types of foot, nail, and skin concerns you encounter most often, and the specific areas where you would like additional guidance. Your responses will help us prepare for your training experience, tailor portions of the workshop, and select models whose conditions closely reflect the types of cases you commonly see in practice.
CASE SUBMISSION
Before attending the workshop, please submit photos of up to 3 to 5 foot care cases you find challenging or would like additional guidance on. These may include cases from your own clientele, cases you have previously serviced, cases you have encountered in practice or cases you have observed online that represent the types of concerns you want to better understand. If you do not currently have cases to submit, you may proceed with the remainder of the form.
These may be cases that:
• You are unsure how to approach
• Have not responded as expected
• Leave you questioning your next steps
• Represent concerns you see regularly in your business

While exact model conditions cannot be guaranteed, your case submissions play an important role in helping us select models whose foot, nail, and skin concerns closely align with the types of cases you currently see in practice and would like additional guidance on managing, with the goal of improving overall nail and skin health. This helps ensure a more relevant, real-world training experience.
