NEATEN Specialist Pathway

The NEATEN Specialist Pathway is available to eligible licensed professionals who have completed the Level 1 hands-on NEATEN Method™ Training and wish to continue toward public brand representation.

This pathway is not a second hands-on class. It is a mentorship, case review, and standards-evaluation process designed to further equip professionals as they apply the NEATEN Method™ across real client scenarios. Through guided case review, professional feedback, and continued standards support, participants receive mentorship rooted in years of hands-on case experience, helping them strengthen their decision making, refine their technique, and provide foot care at a higher standard.

Completion of Level 1 training does not automatically qualify a professional to be listed as a NEATEN Specialist.

What the Pathway Involves

• Required submission of 5 documented case studies
• Mentorship and guidance during the case study process
• Structured case review and professional feedback
• Documentation and photography standards for review
• Assessment of technique, restraint, protocol use, and decision making
• Review of client education, service judgment, and scope awareness
• Evaluation of service quality and alignment with NEATEN Method™ standards
• Location and service-environment review
• Review for Active NEATEN Specialist approval
• Ongoing standards accountability and annual review to remain active

Pathway Duration

The NEATEN Specialist Pathway may take up to 12 months from pathway acceptance.

Approval may occur sooner if all requirements are completed and the professional demonstrates readiness. Because nail and skin correction can take time, the review process focuses not only on final results, but on safe technique, sound judgment, documentation, progression, and consistency over time.

The pathway investment is not prorated if approval occurs before the 12-month period.

Location & Standards Review

As part of the pathway, professionals may be required to complete a location and service-environment review to ensure their setup, sanitation practices, client experience, documentation process, and service standards align with the NEATEN Method™ brand.

This review may be completed virtually through photos, video walkthroughs, documentation review, and service-environment assessment.

In select cases, an in-person NEATEN review visit may be offered or required. In-person visits are scheduled case-by-case and are not included in the standard pathway investment unless otherwise stated. Travel-related expenses and additional fees may apply.

Active NEATEN Specialist Approval

Professionals who successfully complete the pathway and meet the required NEATEN Method™ standards will be approved as Active NEATEN Specialists.

Approval is based on case submissions, review participation, professional judgment, documentation quality, technique, consistency, service environment, and overall service alignment.

Professionals approved for Active NEATEN Specialist status will receive public listing on the NEATEN website, recognition on NEATEN social media platforms by state/location, access to select brand-aligned resources, continued standards review and professional recognition under the NEATEN Method™ standard.

Active NEATEN Specialists may also be recommended when clients or consumers contact NEATEN looking for a trained professional in their area, as long as the request aligns with the Specialist’s location, active status and scope of services.

Active listing must be maintained through ongoing good standing and annual review.

Brand Representation & Active Status

Professionals may not publicly represent themselves as NEATEN Specialists unless they have been reviewed, approved, and remain active under NEATEN’s current standards.

Use of the NEATEN Specialist title, NEATEN Method™ brand language, directory listing, recognition, or related brand representation is reserved for professionals who have been approved and remain in active good standing.

Pathway Investment

Investment: $4,500

The NEATEN Specialist Pathway investment includes mentorship, case review, structured feedback, documentation review, standards evaluation, location/service-environment review and review for Active NEATEN Specialist approval and listing.

Annual active listing and review fees are separate and apply only after approval.

Pathway enrollment is available by invitation or approval after Level 1 completion. Eligible graduates will receive the NEATEN Specialist Pathway Eligibility Form after Level 1 completion and review.
