New clients complete our New Client Intake Form with photos. Based on your information, we recommend the correct level of care before your first appointment. The final level is confirmed during your in-person assessment.

A Classic Pedicure is for clients with healthy feet who want a clean, polished look and ongoing maintenance. A Wellness Pedicure is for clients with nail or skin concerns—such as thickened nails, fissures, discoloration, or involuted nails—requiring corrective care. If concerns are identified during intake or consultation, a Classic Pedicure will not be performed; you’ll be transitioned to the appropriate Wellness Pedicure level.

Yes. As your condition improves with consistent care and at-home support, your level of Wellness Pedicure may be lowered. Once no issues are present, you may no longer need Wellness Pedicures and can transition to the Classic NEATEN® Pedicure.

On the other hand, if new nail or skin issues develop—whether from missed care or from receiving a pedicure elsewhere—your level of care may increase, and you may need to return to a Wellness Pedicure. This ensures your feet always receive the proper attention for their condition.
