Seats are limited to 4 students per workshop to ensure individualized instruction.
Please note: This tier is for in-salon use only and does not include case study submission or NEATEN® certification.
Cancellation & Privacy Policy
Due to limited seating, all workshop registrations are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another person.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 10 business days before your scheduled workshop. This allows us to offer your seat to another participant and gives them adequate time to make travel arrangements.
Cancellations made at least 10 business days in advance will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward a future workshop within 6 months of the original date.
If a new workshop date is not selected and attended within that 6-month period, the credit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the workshop will forfeit both the payment and any credit.
By registering for a NEATEN® workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Please note: No exceptions will be made for the following circumstances:
Unexpected illness, injury, or other medical emergencies
Government obligations such as jury duty, court appearances, or military duties
Travel advisories or disruptions, including road closures, flight or train delays/cancellations
Changes to the event schedule or cancellation
Natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other acts of God
Government-issued travel restrictions
