Cancellation & Privacy Policy
Due to limited seating, we ask that you cancel at least 3 business days before your scheduled workshop. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant.
All workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel at least 3 business days in advance, you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future workshop within 12 months of the original date.
If you cancel within 3 business days, you will forfeit both your payment and credit.
Please note: No exceptions will be made for the following circumstances
Unexpected illness, injury, or other medical emergencies
Government obligations such as jury duty, court appearances, or military duties
Travel advisories or disruptions, including road closures, flight or train delays/cancellations
Changes to the event schedule or cancellation
Natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other acts of God
Government-issued travel restrictions
